League Policies

Registration and fees

Each league shows its price steps and the date each one ends: early bird, registration and late registration. The price is the one shown on the day you register.

Registration fees are non-refundable. There is no sibling discount.

Until a league's online sign-up opens, families pre-register and our team calls them to complete registration.

Refund protection

You can add refund protection when you complete registration. It gives you a full refund, for any reason, through the end of your child's first game.

Weather

Player safety comes first. Play stops for lightning or unsafe field conditions, and the site lead makes the call on game day.

When a game is canceled, we reschedule it whenever the calendar allows. Changes come through our app as early as possible.

Playing time

Every available player plays at least three quarters of every game. Coaches plan rotations before kickoff and track minutes during the game.

The only exceptions are injury, voluntary rest or arriving partway through.

Team placement and friend requests

Every kid plays and is drafted to one of our 16 clubs. Age and experience guide team formation, so new and returning players learn together.

To play with a friend, add your friend's full name when you register, and both families should request each other. Placement depends on age group and available space, so a request is not a guarantee.

Sideline conduct

Every adult on the sideline follows our conduct code:

• Cheer for effort, not just goals.
• Let the coach coach.
• Respect the referee. Questions about a call go to the site lead, never to the referee.
• Keep it positive for every kid, on both teams.

Each site has a named site lead who handles concerns quickly and fairly.

Coaches

Our coaches are volunteers. Every coach passes a background check and completes our Gold Standard coaching course before the season.

What is included

Registration includes your child's game kit in their club's colors: one jersey, shorts and game socks. Fan wear is optional and sold separately.

Questions and concerns

Every nonurgent question gets a reply within two business days. Urgent concerns on game day go straight to the site lead.
