National standards, enforced market by market.
Coach Standards
Every coach is Nationally licensed and grassroots certified, passes a national background check, and completes concussion training. Every coach gets a weekly, age-banded practice plan in the Soccer Shootout app. Parent-coached, professionally supported.
Safety & Background Checks
Background checks through a national vendor for every coach in every market. SafeSport and youth protection standards enforced market by market. No exceptions.
